Nxk220 × 3000 CNC Internal whirlwind milling machine is independently developed by our company, which can realize the functions of variable lead, variable eccentricity, etc. This machine is mainly used for processing wave screw of single screw pump.

The machine adopts the whole casting special bed and the high frequency quenching hard rail. The main shaft is driven by worm gear, and the servo motor is directly connected with worm to achieve high precision and accurate indexing. The X and Z axis guide rails are arranged horizontally. One, four or eight knives can be clamped and milled at the same time. The milling head adopts special protective device to prevent the iron chips from flying out. The machine is equipped with Guangzhou CNC system.
