Xk180-1500 numerical control external whirlwind milling machine is a special numerical control machine which is independently developed by our company and specializes in processing multiple rotors and stator cores of screw pumps. 1、 Main structure of machine tool:

The overall bed, x-axis and z-axis guide rails are arranged horizontally, the bed is equipped with high-precision hardened hard rails, which are rigid. The milling spindle rotates in y-coordinate axis to determine the milling spiral angle. With the linkage of X, Z and C coordinates, the automatic machining is realized under the system programming. The main shaft is driven by worm gear, and the servo motor is directly connected with worm to achieve high precision and accurate indexing. The swing angle adjustment mode of the cyclone milling head is controlled by the system and equipped with a hydraulic locking device. The tailstock of machine tool is hydraulic type.

The machine tool adopts wide numerical control system, and the system is four axes and three linkage. The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover and a chip remover to facilitate chip removal.
