Lxk500-2500 CNC roll milling machine is a special machine specially developed by our company for processing steel ball roll.

Overall bed design, four guide rail layout, high frequency quenching of guide rail surface, good rigidity and high precision. The milling head adopts high-power frequency conversion motor, which can make the milling cutter realize stepless speed change and wide speed range. X-axis and z-axis reciprocating motion is realized by ball screw, with high precision of repeated positioning. C-axis transmission is worm gear structure, stable transmission and accurate indexing. The main shaft bearing is lubricated by high-speed grease, with low temperature rise, high durability and no need of daily lubrication and maintenance. The saddle is a dovetail guide rail with high position accuracy and fast moving speed.

The machine tool is equipped with a wide number control system. The machine is equipped with a chip conveyor. The iron chips produced in the milling process enter the chip conveyor directly to ensure the cleanness of the working environment.
