Lxk420 CNC screw lathe is a special machine specially developed by our company for turning screw. Variable pitch, variable lead, multi head and other special-shaped screw can be processed.

The overall bed design, four guide rail layout, all guide rail surface using high-precision heavy-duty linear guide, x-axis and z-axis reciprocating motion using high-precision ball screw, c-axis servo motor with encoder. The main shaft bearing adopts the automatic lubrication structure, and does not need the daily lubrication maintenance.

The machine tool is equipped with a wide number system, which can realize three-axis two linkage. The machine is equipped with a chip conveyor. The iron chips produced in the milling process enter the chip conveyor directly to ensure the cleanness of the working environment.
