Lxk320c-2m CNC screw turning and milling machine is independently developed by our company, which can realize equal pitch and variable pitch screw processing. Special machine for processing screw of screw vacuum pump and screw of twin screw pump.

The machine adopts turning milling compound processing structure, which has high processing accuracy and high efficiency. The whole bed design of machine tool, high frequency quenching of guide surface, good rigidity and high precision. The c-axis of headstock spindle adopts a wide number of servo motor direct connection high-precision wear-resistant worm gear pairs, and the high-precision four jaw chuck is convenient for workpiece alignment. Z axis, X axis and Y axis are driven by high-precision ball screw through a wide number of direct servo motors to achieve gapless transmission, with high transmission accuracy and positioning accuracy. The feed mode of tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feed to facilitate disassembly of workpiece. The machine is equipped with a special center frame for the vacuum pump rotor.

The machine tool adopts Guangzhou numerical control system, the system is five axis three linkage, the system stability is good. The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover and a chip remover to facilitate chip removal.
