Crm-260 CNC grinding machine is a special machine designed by our company for disc milling cutter grinding special screw parts.

The overall bed design of the machine tool, the X and Z axis guide rails are horizontally arranged, the Y axis guide rails are vertically arranged, and the X, Z and Y axes are all driven by the servo motor direct lead screw. The spindle of the cutter is driven by the worm gear and the direct worm of the servo motor. The circumference can be divided accurately to meet the grinding of dividing edge of various milling cutters. The machine tool is equipped with a horizontal rotating grinding wheel frame. The rotating axis is driven by a worm wheel in B coordinate, and the servo motor is directly connected with a worm to achieve high-precision and accurate indexing. The spindle of the grinding wheel is driven by a motor with a speed of 4500 rpm. The main shaft bearing of grinding wheel is lubricated by grease, with high durability and no need of daily lubrication and maintenance.

The machine tool is equipped with a manual wheel dresser, which is used by users for wheel dressing. The machine tool is equipped with a wide number control system.
