Lgm140-2000 CNC screw rotor grinder is a special machine developed by our company, which is specially used for grinding screw pump rotors and various special-shaped screws.

The machine tool adopts horizontal layout, the bed adopts four guide rails, two rolling linear guide rails and two hard rails. The headstock spindle adopts high-power torque motor. The headstock [c-axis] adopts a special tool chuck with a thimble. The Z axis and X axis of the feeding axis are directly driven by the servo motor by the high-precision ball screw. The a-axis of grinding head adopts high-power electric spindle, which can realize stepless speed change and wide speed range. The worktable assembly is used for grinding wheel dressing, and the diamond dresser is used for dressing wheel. The feed mode of tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feed to facilitate disassembly of workpiece.

The machine tool adopts Guangzhou CNC system, 25imb-h six axis three linkage (linkage axis C, Z, x), with good stability. The machine needs to be placed in a constant temperature workshop, with a temperature range of 22-26 degrees.
